International Zion Assembly has a registered approved constitution as per Societies Act, Government of Kerala.

Governing Body

The term of office of the governing body members are 3 years. The members of the governing body are volunteers working for our Lord. The selection of governing body members is by election from councils and workers. At present we have 13 governing body members approved by the Registrar. They are as follows:

1. President
2. Vice President
3. Secretary
4. Joint Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Board of Directors – Evangelical Director
7. Board of Directors – Sunday School Director
8. Board of Directors – Youth Director
9. Board of Directors – Women's Director
10. Board of Directors – Literature & Publications Director
11. Board of Directors – Social Director
12. Board of Directors – Technical Director
13. Board of Directors – Auditor

To ensure merit, the Board of Directors is elected from separate panels of councilors for each category.
